Guildhall

Since 2017, we have been providing production at Guildhall…

… including audio visual equipment rental and related services for conferences, dinners, meetings, receptions and charity events. From the hire of wireless LED uplighters in the Crypts to full scale production in the Great Hall. It is a real privilege to drive…….very carefully…….across the Guildhall Yard and to pull up outside the doors to the 600 year old complex though which we enter with our 21st century technology in a vain attempt to complement the splendor of the buildings’ interior.

Guildhall is always such a friendly place to work…

…from the event coordinators to the on site electricians, all the staff make us feel welcome. Access times are flexible, allowing us plenty of breathing space with which to install our equipment and make ready for rehearsals or guest arrivals. Apart from the pleasure of working in such historic surroundings our highlights have included: every time we are allowed to light the Crypts, Jools Holland performing live at a charity fundraiser, being humbled by the attendance of and heroic stories from the RNLI, as well as being entertained by a traditional Gurkha dance and the Corps of Drums to Celebrate 25 years of the Royal Logistic Corps with HRH The Princess Royal in attendance.

About Guildhall The oldest part of the Guildhall complex is believed to be a section of the Crypts which dates back nearly 800 years and parts of the roof were destroyed during the great fire of London. The Grade 1 listed venue has been used over the years as a town hall and is currently the ceremonial and administrative centre for the City of London. The complex itself hosts at least eight different spaces for hire to suit any size event for 10 to 900 guests. From a small conference or meeting to a glittering awards show for 600, Guildhall will have the perfect space. Visit the Guildhall event hire page here
